For your team

The Christmas gift box.
From the neighbourhood, with your name on it.

For small teams of 5 to 25 people. Not a wholesale box, but six to eight products from Dutch makers, in a box with your company name, delivered to your premises.

White Christmas gift box with a mug, chocolates, coffee and cheese in wood wool, the lid with a blue bow behind it

Many Christmas gift suppliers charge delivery per box and only offer customisation for large quantities. We do it the other way round: from 5 boxes, with your name on it, and within the Randstad we bring it ourselves to one address. That saves money and hassle, and your team gets something you do not see at every company.

What is inside

  • Mug with your logo, printed in-house
  • Two beers from Eiber Bier in The Hague
  • De Parel van Den Haag cheese from Escamps Kaashuisje, vacuum packed
  • Chocolates from Omtzigt Chocolaterie in The Hague
  • Honey from Bijenbaas, 350 grams
  • Freshly roasted Escamp Mix nuts from Escamps Kaashuisje
  • A card with your logo and a text of your choice
  • A contents card with the makers, allergens and shelf life

The contents above are an example of what is usually included. The exact composition, the makers and the price are in your quote; seasonal products may vary.

The deluxe version costs € 20 per box extra and appears as a separate line on your quote: a bottle of Haagsche Rood wine from Escamps Kaashuisje alongside the two beers, a handmade candle from Wabi Sabi Candles, and a larger box.

Planning

You can order until 6 November; then we pass the quantities on to the makers. We deliver from 7 to 18 December on a day we agree together, so the box is there before the last working day. Ordering later is possible, subject to what is still available. Boxes with beer or wine are only delivered to a business address.

Tax

If you designate the Christmas box as final-levy wages, it falls within the free allowance of the Dutch work-related costs scheme (WKR): 2% of the payroll up to € 400,000, 1.18% above that. The invoice shows the value including VAT per box, exactly what your accountant needs, with VAT split into 9% and 21%.
