For new hires
The welcome box.
A good first day.
A box on the first working day, with things someone actually uses and the company name on it, says: we were counting on you. That sticks, especially in a trade where good people are scarce.

Welcome boxes are common at large offices and rare in construction, installation and small business. Yet that is exactly where staff shortages are greatest and a good start makes the most difference. So we offer two flavours:
From 5 boxes: personalised where it counts
- Mug with your logo (dishwasher safe)
- Water bottle with your logo, for on the road
- The Nectar Bar from Bijenbaas and chocolates from Omtzigt for the first break
- A card from the boss, with a text of your choice
The contents above are an example of what is usually included. The exact composition, the makers and the price are in your quote; seasonal products may vary.
Pens, lanyards and bags with a logo are only available from the print shop from 50 pieces; below that we print the mug and bottle ourselves, in-house, and leave out the pen and lanyard: better two things with your logo than five things from a wholesaler. Want a third: a mouse mat with your logo, also from our own workshop, for € 6 per box extra. Lead time: 5 to 10 working days.
From 50 boxes: everything in your house style
- Mug, bottle, notebook, pen and lanyard all printed
- Box in your colours, card with logo
- We hold the stock and pack on demand: one email per new employee
- Invoiced monthly, only what goes out the door
This is the box for staffing agencies, care organisations, installation companies and anyone with staff turnover. Lead time for the first batch: three weeks, after that within two working days per box.
Tax
A welcome box for an employee falls under the Dutch work-related costs scheme (WKR). Designate it as final-levy wages and it falls within the free allowance; we put the value including VAT per box on the invoice.
