For your client
The thank-you box.
For whoever you want to thank.
A job completed, a project finished, a regular guest waved off. What do you leave behind? A box that says: thank you for your trust, with your name on it.

The thank-you box started with tradespeople: painters, installers, contractors, kitchen fitters, gardeners, who want to leave something behind after a job so people remember them and pass their name on. But it works just as well for a hotel thanking a regular business guest, an office closing a project or an agency welcoming a new client. A bottle of supermarket wine is forgotten. A box with products from makers you know by name and a card with your company name is not.
Every happy client becomes a review
On the back of the card is a QR code to your Google review page, with the text "Happy with the job? Scan and leave a review". Your client scans it while unpacking the gift, the moment people are most inclined to write something nice. A tradesperson with forty reviews gets more enquiries than one with four; the thank-you box is the easiest way to get there. You send us the link, we put it on.
What is inside
- Mug with your logo, printed in-house
- Chocolates from Omtzigt Chocolaterie in The Hague
- Honey from Bijenbaas, 350 grams
- Freshly roasted nuts from Escamps Kaashuisje
- A card with your logo and text, for example "Thank you for your trust", with the QR code to your reviews on the back
- A contents card with the makers, allergens and shelf life
The contents above are an example of what is usually included. The exact composition, the makers and the price are in your quote; seasonal products may vary.
The deluxe version costs € 12.50 per box extra and appears as a separate line on your quote: a wedge of De Parel van Den Haag cheese from Escamps Kaashuisje, in a larger box. The thank-you box is always alcohol-free, because it ends up with private clients.
Small thank-you, for the small job
For a job of a day or two, a full box is a lot. The small thank-you is a smaller kraft box with handmade soap from a Dutch soap maker, a handmade candle and a jar of Bijenbaas honey, wood wool, ribbon and the same card with your company name. From € 19.50 each excl. VAT, minimum 10; also as a standing order alongside the full box. Want to go further: six chocolates with your logo on them, from a chocolatier in the Zaan region, instead of the honey for € 24.50, or in addition for € 26.50.
As a standing order
Most tradespeople know roughly how many jobs they complete each month. Agree a fixed number and the boxes are ready for you to collect or have delivered; you pay monthly in arrears, only for what went out the door. You never have to think about it again and every client gets a thank-you.
Tax
A thank-you for a client counts as advertising costs. The VAT is deductible as long as you stay under € 227 per recipient per year; the thank-you box stays well below that.
